Arte Vital Construções, Lda is a company with over 20 years of existence, which in 2002 saw the businessman Carlos Vasques enter as partner and fair manager of the firm and that brought with him new ideas and philosophies. Carlos is a construction businessman with extensive experience in the area either as an employee or as a manager, thanks to the 18 years that he spent in the United States of America as emigrant, working at a very well known company in the construction of public and private works. Four years later, more specifically at July 27, 2006, the same Carlos Vasques decided to buy the company and became partner and majority manager, and also as partners the three members of the family, and it was from this moment that Arte Vital began to affirm in the real estate market in the west of Portugal with quality projects at a good price.

To date we have completed several projects and all of them are sold at a very good level of satisfaction by the customer, which is our main goal and that leaves us greatly accomplished and happy.

Our mission is to provide the customer with the best possible quality in construction, the best finishes and extras and most of all enhance their life well being, all of this at a competitive price, promoting our growth and our affirmation on the real estate market.
